The FCUSA Webring is a webring for fans of Homestar Runner! There's no specific rules to apply other than enjoying Homestar Runner, but I would appreciate if your page had something about H*R on it. Homophobia, racism, proshipping and other discriminatory/otherwise bad content is prohibited.
